Yum, right? I found this recipe for Vegan Orange Almond Biscotti on Pinterest and I’m all about foods that pair well with coffee as well as desserts (duh) and biscotti is just the best of both worlds. I’m not one to plan ahead on recipes or even make sure I have all of the ingredients before starting recipes so you can assume that if I post a recipe, it’s made out of some basic ingredients in your pantry and fridge. If it’s not, I customize it to be so. I’m very fond of Googling things that start with “substitute for *insert ingredient that I don’t have*”, so sometimes recipes work for me and sometimes they don’t. If they do, I share. This is also the first time I’ve ever made these and I was going to blog it whether it worked or not (luckily for both of us, it worked out).
